If Google Apps Email Services have been set up for your website domain for email delivery, use the following settings within Outlook, Outlook Express or Thunderbird.
In general, you can can access your email with an email software program (Outlook) or with a web browser online (Internet Explorer/Firefox)

Incoming Server: pop.gmail.com Outgoing Server: smtp.gmail.com
Incoming username/Outgoing username
Enter your full-email address (with domain name)

How to access email with browser
Use the custom URL supplied to you by your webmaster.
The custom URL should look similar to this:
http://mail.google.com/a/your-domain.com
