All business accounts and website owners should purchase and manage their own domain names.
SiteBuilderOne will purchase and manage domain names on behalf of your business as part of our yearly service fee.
All website development services require a deposit for services to commence. Progress payments can be made on monthly or project milestone basis as outlined in the website proposal. Additional changes to the agreed upon proposal will result in additional fees.
We provide high quality managed website hosting services with data centers in Vancouver, Seattle & Atlanta. Unless you have specified otherwise, we will launch your new website on this service. We ensure this service is fast, reliable, secure and that your website is backed up regularly. We back up the database daily and backup your website files weekly. Any issues relating directly to website hosting (such as down time, server issues, updating plugins or WordPress core) are our responsibility and we will take care of this for you. We reserve the right to move your website to new servers for performance enhancements or security reasons at any time.
We highly recommend utilize cloud based email services such as Google Business Apps (gmail) or Outlook.com to ensure delivery of your imporatant emails.

SiteBuilderOne does not assume any liability or responsibility for any of the content of the webpages and websites it manages, maintains and/or hosts.
With a WordPress based website, the client will independently edit or update his or her web pages after completion of the site, unless otherwise agreed upon in this agreement by client and SiteBuilderOne.
If anyone other than SiteBuilderOne or its subcontractors attempts to update the web site and damages the design or impairs the ability for the web pages to display or function properly, time to repair the web pages will be assessed at our current hourly rate. There is a one-hour minimum.
SiteBuilderOne reserves the right to refuse service to any business, individual, website, or blogs that contain offensive, obscene, hateful, malicious content or any other reason.
